The Diasqua Little Sai Wan Cricket Club is pleased to announce that the 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at Board Room, DLSWCC Office, 12/F F1-H, Phase 1, 2g Hok Yuen Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong at 6:30pm on Friday, 18^th July 2025. Following AGM documents will be circulated to members directly.

The minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting will be submitted for approval at the 2025 AGM. Additionally, copies of the Accounts & Balance Sheet, along with the Chairman’s Annual Report for 2025, will be presented.

At the AGM, All Executive Committee members for 2025-26 will be elected and President and Vice presidents will be appointed to the Executive Committee for year 2025-26.

All Members are reminded of the voting regulations of DLSWCC general meetings. Only DLSWCC Voting members season 2024-25 will be eligible to vote at DLSWCC meeting. If any member unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, He or she must nominate substitute (DLSWCC Voting Member) in writing to the DLSWCC Secretary by no later than 5pm on 5^th July 2025.
