LSW won the toss and decided to bowl first. Madhu then score a good 53 and Mariko contributed with a fine 33 to take HKCC side to 147 for 7 in 31 overs. Keenu was once again the pick of the bowlers taking 3 wickets for 23 runs in 8 overs while Irosha provided good support with 2 wickets for 46 runs in 10 overs. In the batting the LSW Openers fell cheaply and once again the captain Shaminda and Keenu put on a match winning partnership scoring 48 runs not out and 68 runs not out respectively leading LSW to a 8 wicket victory. This has been a good finish for LSW who in only the second season have reach to 3rd position in the League.
