LSW LADIES BACK TO WINNING WAYS

LSW Ladies team quickly came back to winning ways after hammering HKCC Caveliers by 9 wickets on the match played on 11th Feb at PKV2

HKCC team chose to bat first and were immediately in trouble losing the 1st wicket with 9 runs on the board. Wickets kept falling and the team was all out on 66 runs. Keenu was once again pick of the bowlers picking up 4 wickets for 17 runs in her 10 overs with 3 maidens.

Skipper Shaminda also picked up 3 wickets for 15 runs in 8 overs.

The run chase went smoothly the opening pair of Irosha and Reenu Gill put on 51 runs before Irosha was bowled by Madhu. Keenu then smashed couple of boundaries to end the game in the 16th over.

LSW now look forward to meeting Lamma on 4th March 2007
